Metro Corrections Reverses Cell Phone Ban

Effective July 14, the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections will once again permit licensed attorneys and their non-lawyer assistants to possess and use cell phones inside the detention center.

Civil Filing Fees to Increase

Effective July 1, civil filing fees will increase in all circuit and district courts in Kentucky.

The LBA has released the results of the 2018 Judicial Candidates Poll, which measures the opinions of local attorneys on candidates seeking judicial office.
