Getting Started...

The Jefferson Courtroom Upgrade Project (JCUP) has launched its Access Management System (AMS) in all eight Technology Courtrooms (Divisions 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 11, 12 & 13) of the Jefferson Circuit Court. The AMS is the log-on procedure that will allow you to use JCUP’s audio and video equipment (the “AV System”).

The log-on procedure requires you to input a user-defined PIN to use the AV System.

To begin using this equipment, here's what you'll need to do:

First, you must have taken the JCUP training course offered through the LBA before using the AV System. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, classes are not currently being offered in person. You may request a link to view the JCUP training video at no charge (no CLE credit is offered). Please email Marisa Motley at mmotley@loubar.org to request the training video.

After completing the course, you must create a User-Defined PIN. The PIN is your “key” to the AMS.

All users must purchase credits through this website to use the System.

The cost of one credit in 2020 is $225, with discounts for bulk purchases. A credit will entitle you to use the AV System in all Technology Courtrooms for one day. Your account with the LBA will be charged one credit when you log on to the AMS.

IMPORTANT LOGIN INFORMATION:

Before you can create a PIN or begin purchasing credits, you must log in. First-time users should log in using their LBA Member ID as both username and password (once logged in, users may change these through their “Member Profile”).

If you are, or have ever been, an LBA member and are having difficulty logging in, contact the LBA at (502) 583-5314. PLEASE DO NOT create a new account, as it will not be linked to your information already on file.
