The oldest Millennials turned 40 last year and are the largest generation in the workforce. Now entering the workforce and making their own real financial decisions are the GenZ cohort. Being digital natives, these two groups have higher expectations of your delivery of services and your web presence. We will walk through the expectations of what has become the largest part of our population in the workforce and show you the tools and technologies you should be incorporating into your online presence to NOT repel these generations.
