Professor Giesel will discuss recent developments in Professional Responsibility, focusing on recent ABA and KBA formal opinions, recent rules changes, and recent case law touching upon lawyer ethics. In addition, Professor Giesel will round out the two-hour ethics presentation with a discussion of issues such as conflicts of interest and doing business with a client.
