University of Kentucky Associate Professor Josh Douglas, an expert in election law, will provide an overview of post-election challenges for practicing attorneys. Topics will include procedures for recanvasses, recounts, and election contests in Kentucky, as well as key issues relating to procedural fairness in election contests.
