This seminar will attempt to give Family Law Practitioners practical advice on how to use and maximize Warning Order service, including a review of revised Local Rule 1001.

Topics will include:

  • Preliminary considerations for petitioner’s attorney
  • The affidavit
  • The warning order report
  • Post report issues

Tom Mulhall has been a Warning Order Attorney since 2010 and has been on the Training Committee since 2016.
