One consistent change over the past several years is that lawyer’s ethical duties are getting broader. Who would have thought that something like “deep fakes” would be something lawyers would need to understand? Join the CLE Performer, Stuart Teicher, Esq., as he helps navigate the ethics issues that are critical to all lawyers. Among other things, Stuart will address on technology/competence and the emerging duty to look into the potential misdeeds of our employers/clients.

Speaker: Stuart Teicher, the CLE Performer
