A reservation is required in advance of the program. Registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail the day before the event which will contain a link to join the meeting via Zoom and attachments of the handout material and CLE activity code and instruction on how to file with the Ky Bar Association (PDF files).
Ending a marriage is at best disrupting, confusing and unsettling for the parties. At worst, it is emotionally draining, stressful and frightening. Family law attorneys often struggle with the emotional reactions of their clients. A certified divorce coach does not offer legal advice or therapy but rather works in conjunction with the client and their attorney by providing support and guidance during the divorce. This presentation will demonstrate how a divorce coach helps to focus the client on issues, make rational decisions and maintain accountability.
