President Biden has stated his intention to pursue immigration reform through legislation and executive action. While there is always a great deal of rumor surrounding these proposals, this discussion will provide an overview of actions and policies already advanced by President Biden as well as potential reforms that will require Congressional approval. Join us for this CLE in the ever-changing area of immigration law.
