Parents fighting over children in a divorce is nothing new. However, the amount of alienation being done by both parents against the other is drastically on the rise. Kentucky and many other states do not recognize Parental Alienation Syndrome. However, that does not mean that we do not have to address the issues in our cases. This seminar will focus on the latest trends, treatment, and case law.
