Welcome to Well-Being Week in Law (WWIL) 2025!
The Louisville Bar Association and its Health & Wellness Committee are proud to participate in Well-Being Week in Law—a national initiative held each May as part of Mental Health Awareness Month.
Led by the Institute for Well-Being in Law (IWIL), WWIL is dedicated to highlighting mental health challenges in the legal profession and inspiring lasting change through action, innovation and support.
This year’s theme, “The Social Rx: Boosting Well-Being with Connection,” focuses on the power of human connection to improve overall well-being. We’re excited to build on this theme by offering events and opportunities designed to foster community, support and engagement among our members.
Throughout the week, the LBA Health & Wellness Committee will provide programming and resources to help you focus on your personal and professional wellness. We invite you to explore our daily calendar and join the activities that resonate with you.
Check the LBA website daily for a full schedule of events and resources.
Each day of WWIL spotlights a different dimension of holistic well-being:
- Monday – Stay Strong: Focus on physical well-being
- Tuesday – Align: Explore spiritual well-being
- Wednesday – Engage & Grow: Support career and intellectual growth
- Thursday – Connect: Build social well-being through relationships
- Friday – Feel Well: Prioritize emotional well-being
Need a mood boost? Our LBA Health & Wellness Good Mood Playlist is packed with uplifting tracks to brighten your day. We invite you to add your favorite feel-good song to share with our community. Your contribution helps create a collective soundtrack for positivity that everyone can enjoy!
