By the end of this training, participants will have a fundamental understanding of Title IX Rights as it relates to victims of sexual assault on college campuses and the ethical considerations of representing these clients. The CLE will cover how Title IX is supposed to work, procedural requirements, protective orders, confidentiality, as well as understanding both the sensitivity and competency specific to victims of sexual assault.
