Goals of the program:
- Examine and discuss expectations of professionalism in the practice of law
- Raise awareness about disciplinary and practice-related concerns involving the use of social media
- Provide perspective on social media use and its potential effect on lawyers and judges’ reputations, the litigation and outcome of pending cases, and the perception of the justice system by litigants and the general public
