Michael has been fortunate to participate in numerous trials over his legal career and such experience is invaluable to clients who find themselves inside a courtroom. Jay Inman A veteran advisor and litigator in Littler’s Kentucky office, Jay provides solutions to help employers of all sizes navigate today’s complex business world. He pairs experience-tested, broad knowledge of labor and employment law with deep understanding of his clients’ business, challenges, and opportunities. Jay serves as a go-to on drafting and enforcement of arbitration agreements, investigations in the workplace, and managing complex litigation, and he focuses especially on the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Sarah Laren Sarah advises and represents employers on a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, leave, and accommodation issues, and workplace safety. Prior to joining Littler, she spent four years serving as a law clerk to federal judges in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Sarah routinely draws upon her clerking experiences to provide clients with quick answers to tricky legal questions and preemptively address issues that may arise in the course of litigation. LaToi Mayo LaToi has over eighteen years of experience representing employers exclusively in regard to labor and employment law. A seasoned litigator, she has assisted clients in a wide variety of labor and employment issues before federal and state administrative agencies and in federal and state courts across the Commonwealth. She routinely advises employers with respect to diversity and inclusiveness, anti-discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour and compliance issues, and offers practical tips and solutions to help employers organize and manage the daily challenges that arise in the workplace with respect to these issues.
