LBA Appellate Law Section Leadership F. Todd Lewis and Raymond Smith will highlight developments in Kentucky appellate case law for the last quarter in 2022. Civil and criminal cases will be discussed. Guidance for successful appellate practice will also be emphasized.

Attendees will gain knowledge regarding the most recent significant developments in Kentucky appellate case law and practical advice concerning how such developments may apply in their own practice.
