LBA Appellate Law Section Leadership Dorislee Gilbert and Todd Lewis will will highlight developments in Kentucky appellate case law for the quarter March 2022-June 2022.
Civil and criminal cases will be discussed. Guidance for successful appellate practice will also be emphasized.
Attendees will gain knowledge regarding the most recent significant developments in Kentucky appellate case law and practical advice concerning how such developments may apply in their own practice.
