What is required for the courts to substitute another form of treatment a court order signed & stamped, the order listing the substitution program, the program must be comparable to a CHFS ADE treatment program -- i.e., min. 20hrs for a DW1, min. 26 weeks for a DW2, min. 52 weeks for a DW3, DW4, or subsequent, proof of the substitution program is mandatory.
