This presentation helps answer: What is the crisis in the retirement planning? What are the risks in retirement? And, what on earth is a flooring strategy? Use it to help change client thinking from accumulating net worth to thinking about generating retirement income. Along the way, inform them about the five (5) main risks to a financially secure retirement. The presentation concludes with the flooring strategy - the need to establish a retirement income floor that should cover clients’ basic expenses and the role annuities may play in that strategy.
