Registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail the day before the event which will contain a link to join the meeting via Zoom and attachments of the handout material and CLE activity code and instruction on how to file with the Ky Bar Association (PDF files).
This presentation is a brief overview of the purpose of deferred compensation plans, who they are intended for, and how companies can use them to benefit their key employees. The program also covers funding strategies, including opportunities for companies to receive complete cost recovery. This program is intended for attorneys and financial professionals, to learn the basics about deferred compensation programs and how to identify an opportunity to implement one.
