Registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail the day before the event which will contain a link to join the meeting via Zoom and attachments of the handout material and CLE activity code and instruction on how to file with the Ky Bar Association (PDF files).

In this two-hour presentation, Professor Giesel will discuss recent developments in professional responsibility, focusing on ABA opinions (former prospective clients, conflicts and personal relationships with opposing counsel, working remotely), Kentucky ethics opinions (unrepresented adversaries, confidentiality and the dead client, lawyers defending insured clients), and other interesting ethics issues on the local or national landscape.
