Recent “social distancing” orders from Governor Andy Beshear and the Kentucky Supreme Court have profoundly impacted the operation district courts in Kentucky. On Tuesday, June 2, 2020, please join an online panel discussion of how the Jefferson County District Courts are managing their current cases. Topics of the discussion will include the current operations of the courts, best practices for attorneys with active cases, and the judges’ views on how “social distancing” might affect district law practice in the near and long terms. Viewers of the panel will have an opportunity to type in questions for the judges to answer.
