Mediation Ethics for Lawyers as Advocates and Lawyers as Mediators will review applicable ethics rules, standards, and recognized good practice for the both the lawyer serving as a mediator and the lawyer engaged as an advocate, presenting for open discussion ethical dilemmas on which the participants reflect how they would respond considering those rules and standards as well as their own personal values.
