While the program includes a review of Kentucky law, our panelists will also delve into how the Rules of Professional Conduct are implicated when sexual harassment occurs in the legal profession. In addition, panelists will review a series of scenarios to provide you with practical guidance for identifying and addressing these types of situations in your practice.
