Hear from a panel of federal and state prosecutors regarding how the Government is tackling health care fraud in the Commonwealth. The panel will discuss applicable statutes, enforcement tools, trends, and case examples of both criminal and civil health care fraud enforcement actions.

Additionally, Christie Moore will cover the ethics rules for attorneys managing internal and government investigations and litigation.

Speakers include: Joe Ansari, Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) in the Western District of Kentucky; Michelle Grant Rudovich , Executive Director of the Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse, Kentucky Office of the Attorney General, Benjamin S. Schecter, Civil Chief/ Affirmative Civil Enforcement Coordinator and Civil Health Care Fraud Coordinator, United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky and Christie A. Moore, Bingham Greenebaum Doll.
