Several key issues will be discussed, including partisan gerrymandering, religious freedom, public sector union dues, cell phone data, immigration, and other constitutional issues. The court will recap key opinions from the previous year, discuss any new or continuing trends at the Court, and preview the upcoming Term. This year’s panel features two former Supreme Court clerks, including University of Louisville Assistant Professor Justin Walker and Harvard Climenko Fellow Ian Samuel, who co-hosts the popular Supreme Court Podcast “First Mondays.”

Lunch included with advanced registration.
