This program will address proposed and anticipated changes to the Federal Estate and Gift Tax and related laws in light of the post-election change in administration. A panel discussion will follow the presentation, as time permits, to discuss strategies to deal with the current state of uncertainty as we await implementation of any proposed or anticipated changes and estate planning techniques that may gain popularity following any anticipated changes.
