In this two-hour presentation, Professor Giesel will discuss recent developments in Professional Responsibility, focusing on recent ABA opinions, recent Kentucky ethics opinions (including KBA E-439 discussing duties regarding elderly or special needs clients), recent Kentucky happenings (such as the recent case from the Supreme Court dealing with attorney liens), and other interesting ethics issues (such as recent national treatment of the attorney-client privilege’s common interest doctrine).
