The Probate and Estate Section is back! Please join us on February 3 at noon for our first meeting of the year and welcome guest speaker, Probate Judge Eric Haner. Judge Haner will discuss his observations from the bench of things Probate practitioners are doing well, and not so well. Judge Haner will also provide pointers on how practitioners can smoothly navigate the Probate process.
