This program will assist the real estate and non-real estate practitioner in residential construction matters. It will examine the Builder/Buyer relationship through the prism of contract law, common law and statutory law. This program will also focus on avoiding conflicts and handling common ethical dilemmas that confront the real estate practitioner.
