The American Constitution Society and the LBA’s Appellate Law Section invite you to their fourth annual U.S. Supreme Court Review CLE. The two-hour program will cover the most important cases on the Supreme Court’s current docket, including developments in the areas of Fourth Amendment and criminal law, immigration, Affordable Care Act mandates, reproductive rights, and racial preferences in undergraduate admissions, among others.

Speakers include: Neil J. Kinkopf, Professor of Law at Georgia State University College of Law; Justin Walker, Assistant Professor of Law at U of L Brandeis School of Law; and Michael P. Abate, Partner and Chair of the Appellate Practice Group at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP
