Litigation and subrogation cases often deal with complex situations and technical matters that can be difficult for the judge and jury to understand. Expert Witnesses can be involved to provide answers and explanations that assist in making an informed decision. In addition to providing courtroom support, Forensic Engineers can assist attorneys with analyzing complex situations and technical information, reconstructing failures and accidents, and case preparation. This presentation provides an introduction to Forensic Engineering and the role of a Forensic Engineer as an Expert Witness. Topics include qualifications and characteristics of a Forensic Engineer, governing rules for Expert Witnesses, and working effectively with Forensic Engineers.

Lunch will be provided by Denson Engineers, Inc.

Speakers include: Joseph W. Kresovsky, P.E. and Charles E. Prewitt, P.E.
