Program Description:  

An Introduction to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit

Learn about the federal tax incentive that finances the production of affordable rental housing for low-income households across the country. This program will be an overview of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program established under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and the transactions that syndicate these credits for investment in privately-owned multifamily developments.
