Representing Victims of Domestic Violence in Family Court
The Domestic Violence Advocacy Program through the Legal Aid Society will be presenting a CLE on the nuts and bolts of representing domestic violence victims in protective order hearings. The training will offer information on dynamics of domestic violence and the legal process to obtain protective orders. Attendees will gain the legal tools necessary to strongly advocate for victims of domestic violence.
Up to 10 LBA members can attend this seminar FREE of charge by agreeing to represent TWO NEW Legal Aid clients, pro bono. Please call the LBA CLE Department at 583-5314 for details and to register.
