Program Description:  

United States Supreme Court Review

Please join the Appellate Section of the Louisville Bar Association and the American Constitution Society for a review of the major cases of the United States Supreme Court's most recent Term. Elizabeth Wydra, Chief Counsel of the Constitutional Accountability Center, will discuss cases dealing with marriage equality, voting rights, affirmative action and more -- as well as emerging trends in the Roberts Court. Michael Abate will serve as moderator for a question and answer session to follow.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance for any refunds or credits. Substitutions will be allowed.

Pricing will be adjusted to reflect LBA members when registration is processed.
