Program Description:

Technology Tips and the Ethics of Being Online as an Attorney

Every attorney knows they need an online presence. What they also need to know are the ethical ramifications of establishing an online presence as a licensed attorney. Learning how to properly and ethically navigate their online presence is crucial for attorneys as they move into this digital age.

This program clearly outlines a step-by-step plan of action to manage a law practice online and build a strong and ethical web presence. Additionally, it will include ethical strategies for websites and emailing, as well as simple techniques that will help attorneys avoid major online ethics violations. From disclaimers to social media, attorneys will learn the best approach to establishing a web presence without violating any ethical standards.
