Now What? Foreclosure Alternatives for Consumers

Vital information for any practitioner who deals with individual consumers! When your client is in financial trouble and in danger of losing his or her home to foreclosure, what advice can you give them? This seminar will address the gamut foreclosure alternatives – loan modifications, refinances, bankruptcy, assistance organizations, and potential defenses to the foreclosure action.

This seminar is directed toward real estate lawyers, family law attorneys, solo and small firm practitioners so that they can competently advise their clients of all the available alternatives.
