Program Description:  

Practical Implications of Amendments to Bankruptcy Rules 3002 and 3002.1

This two-hour seminar will include a one-hour presentation by Ms. Hirsch and Mr. Sydenstricker regarding the recent changes to FRBP 3002 And 3002.1, with an emphasis on their practical effects in Chapter 13 cases. Followed by a one-hour roundtable discussion with Judge Stout and Judge Fulton regarding procedures and best practices.
