You may choose to either submit your own roster photo or set up an apptointment to have it taken by RCL. Continue reading for detailed information on both.
The deadline to submit your own photo is December 31. Any photos received after the December 31 deadline will be retained by the LBA for use in all future publications and other marketing materials.
Specifications for electronic photos:
- Dimensions: 5”w x 7”h (minimum)
- Resolution: 300 dpi (min.)
- Size: 1MB (min.), 7MB (max.)
- Format: JPG (jpeg)
- Color is preferred
- E-mail your photo as an attachment to kkasey@loubar.org or send on a CD to the LBA Attn: Kimberly Kasey
Once electronic photos have been received a confirmation of receipt will be sent within roughly one week. If you have not received a response in that time please be sure to contact our offices to check on the status—as we all know emails sometimes get lost in cyberspace which is why it is important that you receive a confirmation of receipt.
Hard copy photos / CDs:

Passport photos will NOT be accepted.

RCL Portrait Design is coming back!
RCL Portrait Design, a company who specializes in “Executive Portraits,” is returning in January 2013 to photograph members for both our print and online roster.
There is no cost for you to participate! A professional portrait photographer will photograph you in several poses and you will then immediately view and choose your photo for the roster. Additional portraits will be made available to those wishing to purchase them, however there is no obligation. RCL will be contacting all of our members to propose setting up an appointment; if you have not heard from them feel free to call them at (800) 580-5562. Please do not call the LBA as all appointments must be made through RCL.
