David Mejia, Mejia Law Office, John Balliet, Commonwealth Attorneys Office & Rob Eggert, Rob Eggert Law Office, will discuss and demonstrate cross examination. Topics include: The Risks & Dangers, How to Prepare for Cross Examination, the Approach to Cross Examination, and Cross Examining the Helpful & Unhelpful Witness.

The KBA allows attorneys to earn up to 6.0 hours of CLE credit per year by viewing accredited video tapes.
