Professor Giesel will discuss several areas of lawyer professional responsibility. Topics include cloud computing, Groupon-type arrangements for legal services, conflicts of interest, prosecutorial misconduct, the recent Kentucky Ethics Opinion on Alternative Litigation Finance, and recent ABA Formal Opinions.

The KBA allows attorneys to earn up to 6.0 hours of CLE credit per year by viewing accredited video tapes.
