2011 Recent Developments in Professional Responsibility

Professor Giesel will discuss several areas of lawyer professional responsibility. Topics include outsourcing and third party funding, a case study in negotiation ethics, conflicts of interest, the duty to report attorney misconduct, and duties regarding prospective clients.

The KBA allows attorneys to earn up to 6.0 hours of CLE credit per year by viewing accredited video tapes.
