Kentucky's rules of judicial conduct have been changed to remove the limitations to what candidates can and cannot say about their personal beliefs and political views. It is not yet certain what impact this will have on campaign rhetoric. However, one thing is certain: Kentucky voters are going to read and hear a lot more about judicial candidates than they ever have in the past. To provide the public with the information necessary to make an informed voting decision, the Louisville Bar Association presents the following resources to the public. Inclusion of these links on the LBA website does not imply endorsement of any judicial candidate. |
